    To enter characters with the dial pad, use the digit with the desired character. Press the same digit repeatedly until the desired character appears on the color screen.     Storage Usage: Percentage of storage used. To see the total, used, and free storage (in KB) on the phone, press the Detail soft key.     Contact > Business lists business entries that the administrator configures on the FortiVoice phone system. Contact > Directory lists your company directory including names and extensions entries stored on the FortiVoice phone system.     Date (DDMMYY) Manually enter the date in DDMMYY format. Time zone Manually select the time zone. Display Setting > Preference > Display allows you to control the appearance of items on the screen: FortiFone FON-x80/x80B Series 3.0.19 User Guide Fortinet Inc.
