    To enter characters with the dial pad, use the digit with the desired character. Press the same digit repeatedly until the desired character appears on the color screen.     Storage Usage: Percentage of storage used. To see the total, used, and free storage (in KB) on the phone, press the Detail soft key.     Contact > Business lists business entries that the administrator configures on the FortiVoice phone system. Contact > Directory lists your company directory including names and extensions entries stored on the FortiVoice phone system.
