    Your FortiVoice system administrator can upload a new background image by editing the phone profile on the FortiVoice phone system (Phone System > Profile > Phone).     To enter characters with the dial pad, use the digit with the desired character. Press the same digit repeatedly until the desired character appears on the color screen.     USB Headset – Current state of connected USB headset. History The History section displays call information for the following types of calls: Icon Description All icons Displays all calls that have been missed, placed, or received by the phone.     To add or edit a personal contact, the phone system requires that you enter the voicemail PIN for your extension. To add a personal contact 1. Go to Contact > Personal. 2.     Line appearance - Allows you to monitor the status of a line (available, busy, or on hold). If the light is flashing, you can press the programmable key to retrieve the call.     Request Firmware Upgrade Requests the upgrade of the FortiFone firmware. Before requesting the upgrade, make sure that the FortiVoice administrator has uploaded the FortiFone firmware file from the Fortinet Support website to the FortiVoice phone system. Diagnostic Report Runs a diagnostic report on account and network settings.
