Using the navigation keys while on the idle screen allows for any notifications to be selected. By selecting a notification
and pressing the OK navigation key, the phone will display the associated screen (For example: Select the missed call
notification and press OK. The phone will display the History > Missed screen).

Soft keys

The bottom line shows choices associated with the four context-sensitive soft keys located just below the color screen.
The following table shows the default soft keys. If you want to change them, go to Setting > General >

Background image

Your FortiVoice system administrator can upload a new background image by editing the phone profile on the FortiVoice
phone system (Phone System > Profile > Phone) and applying this profile to your phone (Phone System > Device >
Phone). This feature requires a FortiVoice phone system running version 6.0.11, 6.4.5, or later.

Description
Missed call: The phone received a call that was not answered.
Voicemail: Indicates a new voicemail message is available.
Do Not Disturb: Indicates that Do Not Disturb (DND) is enabled on the phone.
Function
Accesses call history stored on the phone.
Accesses contacts stored on the phone as well as the company directory.
Toggles Do Not Disturb on and off.
Accesses the configuration menu. For more details, see
