From Contact, you access business, directory, and personal, contacts stored on the FortiVoice phone system.
To call a contact
1. Go to Contact > Business, Directory, or Personal.
2. Select the contact that you want to call.
3. Press the Dial soft key.
Business and Directory
Contact > Business lists business entries that the administrator configures on the FortiVoice phone system.
Contact > Directory lists your company directory including names and extensions entries stored on the FortiVoice phone
system.

Displays all calls that have been missed, placed, or received by the phone.
Displays calls not answered by this phone.
Displays calls placed by this phone and answered by the caller.
Displays calls placed by this phone and unanswered by the caller.
Displays calls answered by this phone.
Description
Returns to previous menu section.
Allows you to:
Access code dial: Places a return call to the number using the outgoing
l
access code (for example: 9 or 0), if configured on the FortiVoice phone
system.
Refresh: Fetches the latest history changes from the FortiVoice phone
l
system when the History page remains open during phone call activities.
Otherwise, the History content refreshes every time you access that page.
Displays information about the call: Name, Number, Date, Duration.
Dial the selected entry in the History.
