Service Parts
Change engine oil (2)
Replace engine oil filter (2)
Check for leaks in engine-,compressor-,air-,oil-,or fuel system
Check torque on critical bolt connections
Hoses and clamps-Inspect/Replace
Inspect/Adjust fan belt
Check valve in the fuel return (for mechanical injection system)
Clean after cooler (option)(1)
Drain/Clean fuel tank water and sediments (1)
Replace fuel filter (5)
Replace fuel pre filter (5)
Clean oil cooler(s)/radiator
Inspection by Atlas Copco service technician
Check engine & compressor anti-vibration pads
Check functioning of regulating valve
Check electrical system cables for wear
Check engine (minimum and maximum) speed
Clean flow retrictor in oil scavenge line
Grease hinges
Check/Test glow plugs-grid heater
Replace bleed-off valve unloader
Check rubber flexibles (9)
Analyse coolant (3)(7)
Replace fan belt
Adjust engine inlet and outlet valves (2)
