Working Principle
A breathing LED can create a pulsating effect, where the LED gradually
increases and decreases in brightness, resembling the pattern of
breathing. The circuit typically consists of a pair of capacitor and resistor
that create a time constant in range of seconds so that the charging/
discharging process can be visualized.
