  • Page 6 SCHRITT 1: MONTAGE RAHMEN Stecken Sie zunächst beide Teile des Sets (A) ineinander. Abb. 1 Verbinden Sie beide Teile mit dem Verbindungselement (I) und fi xieren dies mit den Schrauben (O). Abb. 2 3./4. Setzen Sie auf beide Enden jedes vertikalen Rahmenprofils (B) ein Ve r - bindungselement (J) (Abb.

  • Page 8 SCHRITT 2: MONTAGE TUCH Wir empfehlen, die folgenden Schritte mit einer zweiten Person durchzuführen. Achtung: Das Projektionstuch ist äußerst empfi ndlich! Führen Sie die Mon- tage des Projektionstuchs bitte mit äußerster Sorgfalt durch. Achten Sie darauf das Tuch nicht zu knicken und berühren Sie die Oberfl äche nicht. Nutzen Sie für die Montage die beiliegenden Schutzhandschuhe (V).
  • Page 9 Nutzen Sie das Spannwerkzeug (T) und die Spannfedern (M) um das Projektionstuch an den Rahmen zu befestigen. Beginnen Sie an den 4 Ecken die Spannfedern an den Spannstangen einzuhaken und ziehen mit dem Spannwerkzeug die Federn an die dafür vorgesehene Nut des Rah mens.
  • Page 10 SCHRITT 3: MONTAGE COVER-RAHMEN Beginnen Sie mit dem horizonta- len Cover-Rahmen (C). Ein Cover- Rahmen besteht aus zwei Teilen, die beide nebeneinander auf eine lange Rahmenseite platziert werden. Abb. 14 Setzten Sie alle vier Teile auf die Ober -und Unterseite des Rahmens auf. Abb.
  • Page 11 SCHRITT 4: MONTAGE WAND Die celexon UST Rahmenleinwand Expert ist mit verschiebbaren Wandmonta- gewinkeln (R) ausgestattet, die eine flexible Montage ermöglichen. Benutzen Sie bitte zur Befestigung die beiliegenden Dübel und Schrauben (N) für eine massive Steinwand. Für anderes Tragwerk benötigen Sie ggf. anderes Mon- tagematerial.

  • Page 20 STEP 2: FABRIC ATTACHMENT We recommend that you carry out the following steps with a second person. Caution: The projection screen surface is extremely sensitive! Please carry out the installation of the projection screen surface with the utmost care. Take care not to bend the projection screen surface and do not touch it.
  • Page 21 Use the tensioning tool (T) and the tensioning springs (M) to attach the projection screen surface to the frame. Start hooking the tension springs onto the tensioning rods at the four corners and pull the tensioning tool to pull the springs into the groove in the frame Fig 12.
  • Page 22 STEP 3: ATTACHING THE COVER FRAME Start with the horizontal cover fra- me (C). A cover frame consists of two parts that are placed next to each other on a long side of the frame. Fig 14. Place all four parts on the top and bottom of the frame. Fig 15.
  • Page 23 STEP 4: MOUNTING TO THE WALL The celexon UST frame screen is equipped with sliding wall mounting brackets (R) that allow flexible mounting. Please use the enclosed dowels and screws (N) for mounting to a solid stone wall. For other supporting structures you may need other mounting material.

  • Page 32 ÉTAPE 2 : INSTALLATION DE LA TOILE Nous recommandons d‘effectuer les étapes suivantes avec une deuxième personne. Attention : la toile de projection est extrêmement sensible ! Installez la toile de projection avec le plus grand soin. Veillez à ne pas plier la toile et à ne pas toucher sa surface avant.

  • Page 42 PASO 1: MONTAJE DEL MARCO En primer lugar, conecte las dos partes del conjunto (A) entre sí. Imagen 1 Conecte ambas partes con el elemento de unión (I) y fíjelo con los tornillos (O). Imagen 2 3./4. Coloque un elemento de unión (J) (Fig. 3) en ambos extremos de cada perfi l de marco vertical (B) y atorníllelo sin apretar con un solo tornillo (O) por elemento (Fig.4).

  • Page 54 STEP 1 : MONTAGGIO CORNICE Inserire i componenti del set (A) l´uno dentro l´altro. Fig 1. Collegare entrambi gli elementi con il connettore centrale (I) e fi ssarlo con le viti (O). Fig 2. 3/4. Posizionare un elemento di collegamento (J) alle due estremità di ogni profi lo verticale (B) ed avvitarlo con una sola vite (O).
  • Page 55 Fissare la cornice avvitando 4 viti (Q) in ogni angolare. Attenzione: dopo aver avvitato un angolare, procedere con l´angolare diagonalmente opposto. Fig 7. Inserire il puntone di sostegno (L) a metà della lunghezza nel telaio (come da fi g. 8) e fi ssarlo all‘elemento di collegamento (I) con le viti (P) in dotazione.
  • Page 56 STEP 2: MONTAGGIO DEL TELO DA PROIEZIONE Si consiglia di effettuare i passaggi seguenti con l‘ausilio di un‘altra persona. Attenzione: Il telo da proiezione è particolarmente delicato! Effettuare il montaggio del telo da proiezione con estrema cautela. Non piegare il telo e non toccare la superfi cie di proiezione. Durante il montaggio utilizzare i guanti inclusi nella fornitura (V).
  • Page 57 Utilizzare l‘utensile in dotazione (T) e le molle di tensione (M) per fi ssare il telo da proiezione alla cornice. Iniziare dai 4 angoli, agganciando le molle alle aste di tensionamento e, utilizzando l´apposito utensile, tirare le molle verso i fori predisposti nella cornice. Fig 12.
  • Page 58 STEP 3: MONTAGGIO DEL RIVESTIMENTO DELLA CORNICE Iniziare con i rivestimenti “lunghi” (C). Ogni rivestimento per i lati lunghi, è costituito da 2 pezzi, che devono essere posizionati uno ac- canto all´altro, sul lato lungo della Fig 14. cornice. Posizionare tutti i 4 pezzi dei rivestimenti sui lati lunghi (orizzontali) della cornice.
  • Page 59 STEP 4: MONTAGGIO A PARETE Lo schermo a cornice celexon UST Expert è dotato di piastre di montaggio (R) che consentono un‘installazione flessibile. Per il fissaggio su pareti in muratura utilizzare i tasselli e le viti inclusi nella fornitura (N). Per pareti di altra tipologia utilizzare eventualmente materiale per il montaggio differente.

Voer de montage van het projectiedoek uiterst zorgvuldig uit. Let erop dat u het doek niet knikt en raak het oppervlak niet aan. Gebruik voor de montage de bijgevoegde beschermende handschoenen (V).
