How to access the product
About the controls in the live view window
Click the View size buttons to show the image in full size (right button) or to scale down the image to
fit the browser window (left button).
Click WDR on to enable WDR in intense backlight conditions. Click WDR off to disable WDR in low
light conditions for optimal exposure.
Select a stream profile for the live view window from the Stream Profile drop-down list. For information
about how to configure stream profiles, see page 24.
The product is equipped with a wiper to enable wiping of the protective window. Click Start wiper
to start the wiper. Click Stop wiper
the wiper for a set amount of time. For information about how to configure the wiper, see How to
set up the wiper on page 37.
The product can be equipped with a washer to enable cleaning of the protective window. Click Start
wash to start the washing sequence. For information about the washing sequence and how to enable
and configure the washer, see How to set up the washer on page 37.
Enable the WL illumination button from Live View Config > Action Buttons. Click the On/Off buttons
to manually activate or deactive WL illumination.
Click the button activate the product's output port for a defined period of time. For information about
how to enable and configure output buttons, see page 31. The output button name may differ depending
on the name entered in the I/O Ports configuration.
Click the On/Off buttons to manually activate or inactive the product's output port. For information
about how to enable and configure output buttons, see page 31.
Use the Manual Trigger button to trigger an action rule from the live view window. For information
about how to configure and enable the button, see About the manual trigger on page 14.
Click the Focus recall plus button to save the focus setting in the current pan/tilt range. For information
about the focus recall function, see page 15.
Click the Focus recall minus button to remove the focus recall area in the current pan/tilt range. For
information about the focus recall function, see page 15.
Click Snapshot to save a snapshot of the video image. This button is primarily intended for use when
the AXIS Media Control viewer toolbar is not available. Enable this button from Live View Config >
Action Buttons.
Enable or disable the Gatekeeper by selecting On or Off from the drop-down list. For more information
about the Gatekeeper, see page 33.
