17. Responsibility Matrix

Ensure adequate space and power to properly install the machine.
Verify floor strength and level.
Ensure that the equipment can be delivered to the site, and that the path
is clear and unobstructed.
Unpack all delivered items.
Install all system hardware.
Connect all system components.
Install printer files and server.
Ensure network configuration, and confirm that the device is attached to
the network.
Install client workstation network software.
Order and replace, as necessary, replaceable items (i.e., drum
cartridges, toner, etc.).
Order and replace the waste toner container, as necessary.
Provide technical support.
Provide on-site support.
Establish an installation file of a typical job, and retain for future
reference.
Perform an Auto Gradation Adjustment as needed.
Back up important data, such as Inbox and Address Book contents on
the machine's hard drive periodically.
Secure data stored on hard drives and in the Advanced Box.
Storage of the TPM encryption key (if TPM setting is set to 'On').
