SINGLE ESPRESSO GRINDER Safety Intended use The grinder is only suitable for grinding whole roasted espresso beans. Do not use the grinder to grind other products or objects. It is intended for commercial use and may only be serviced by trained personnel. It may, however, be operated by other persons in a place where use is supervised.

Func oning and basic se ngs The shot sizes, i.e. the volume of grounds per withdrawal, are defi ned by the grinding me on the KE640 2.0 grinder. The user can specify up to six diff erent recipes (grinding mes / recipe mode) for each of the grinders and also has the possibility of controlling the grinding me manually (manual grinding).
