    Single eSpreSSo grinder Safety Intended use The grinder is only suitable for grinding whole roasted espresso beans. Do not use the grinder to grind other products or objects. It is intended for commercial use and may only be serviced by trained personnel. It may, however, be operated by other persons in a place where use is supervised.

    Functioning and basic settings The shot sizes, i.e. the volume of grounds per withdrawal, are defined by the grinding time on the KE640 2.0 grinder. The user can specify up to six different recipes (grinding times / recipe mode) for each of the grinders and also has the possibility of controlling the grinding time manually (manual grinding).
