Violation of any rules above may cause irreparable damage that could result in complete

forfeiture of your security deposit plus additional damages. This coach is equipped with

a GPS unit that reports its location, distance speed and abrupt stops at all times.

especially if damage occurs to vehicle are subject to loss of part or all of my security

deposit. I also understand all of the fees that could be assessed according to my use and

care of the vehicle while in my possession. I hereby authorize payment for these fees as

well as deductions from my security deposit for damage related items. I understand that

all essential items including but not limited to self-leveling jacks, slide extension, fridge,

AC and heater were shown to me to be working when checked out and that RV's are

known to be temperamental and can have issues arise at any time. If one of these

essential items does not work at any time during your rental, you can choose to

immediately end your rental for a prorated amount or choose to continue the rental

without the use of these items and you understand that no adjustment to rental fee will

be made for inconvenience. Certain items are considered non-essential convenience

items. These include but are not limited to TVs, TV antennas, CD players, DVD players,

radios, toasters, hair dryers, coffee makers, vacuum cleaners, and left/right/rear

cameras. If they fail to work during a trip, no adjustments will be made to your charges.

Troubleshooting by the property manager or owner(s) during the trip will be done on a

"as available" basis for both essential and non-essential items if there are issues.
