Operating Condition
Tape is write-protected.
Tape is write-enabled.
Tape is moving.
Tape is loaded; ready for use.
Drive head needs cleaning, or
the tape is bad (Section 3.8).
Cleaning tape attempted to
clean the drive head, but the
tape expired, so cleaning was
not done.
Problem data cartridge. Try
another cartridge.
Cleaning is complete, or
cleaning is unnecessary.
Okay to operate the
cartridge/insert release handle.
Do not operate the cartridge
insert/release handle.
Close handle and wait for a
steady green indication before
inserting cartridge.
POST is starting.
An error has occurred. See
