Reads the records.
Rewinds the medium. The execution time for the test is 6 minutes if calibration is not required.
Specify this test by setting the Self-Test and UnitOfL bits and zeroing the DevOfL bit. This
test can accept a parameter list specifying test variables.
If a parameter list is specified, all parameters must be filled in and the parameter list length must be 12.
If these requirements are not met, the tape drive returns an ILLEGAL REQUEST. The Self-Test bit
must be 0.
