Burners items set at the factory

5.8.1

Servomotor

The servomotor controls contemporaneously the air delivery and
pressure and the fuel delivery.
It is provided with three adjustable cams, controlling the corre-
sponding switches.

1 cam: it controls the stroke of the servomotor at the position of
0°. When the burner is off the air damper is completely closed.

2 cam: it controls the stroke of the servomotor at the position
of 130°.
rd
3 cam: it controls the minimum modulating output, leaves the
factory set at 20°.
5.8.2

Pump pressure

The pump leaves the factory rated at 25 bar.
5.8.3

Motor over load relay

Set by the factory for the three-phase electric supply 400V.
Should the electric supply be three-phase 230V the setting has to
be modified as indicated at page 25.

Adjustments necessary to the burner

5.9.1

Adjustment of the maximum fuel delivery

This adjustment is carried out by choosing the proper nozzle from
the table here below.

If you desire a max. output intermediate between two values in-
dicated in the table, it is useful to choose the nozzle with higher
delivery.
The output decrease could be obtained later, by acting on the
pressure controller, see item B.
