FUNCTION SELECTOR
KNOB

Cook by turning the control knob until
the indicator is in line with the function
required.
LIGHT : The oven light is switched on.
FAN : The fan operates without the heating element.
This function can be used for defrosting.
FAN OVEN : Use in conjunction with the temperature selector - It is
advisable to pre-heat the oven for at least 5 minutes.
The set temperature has been reached when the indicator light above the
temperature selector goes off.
GRILL : Grill with the door closed and do not use the grill for longer than 30
minutes at any one time. The grill temperature is variable and can be set
between 50 and 200 °C using the temperature selector.
Before using the grill, pre-heat for about five minutes.
The grill element will become bright red in colour. Position the grill pan on
the highest shelf position and check frequently as the temperature will be
very high and food may easily burn.
The oven door becomes very hot during operation. Keep children
away.

The light above the function selector will
illuminate when the oven is switched on
and turns off when the oven reaches the
selected temperature.
The light will cycle on and off during
cooking in line with the oven tempera-
ture.
