Printing from a Polling Box

Use this procedure to print an original stored in a Polling box.

Press the [Start] key.
Press the [Start] key. The operations for reception begin.
NOTE
When On is selected in Check New Dest., a confirmation screen is displayed for the entered
FAX number. Re-enter the same FAX number and press [OK]. For details, refer to Check
New Dest. in the Operation Guide for the machine.
Display the screen.

Press the [Document

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Polling Box].

Press the [OK] key.
Selecting the Originals.

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select the document you want to print.

FAX 1
FAX 2
Menu Select

Press [Select].
A checkmark will be placed on the right of the selected file.
Select the checkmarked file and press [Select] again to cancel the selection.

Press the [OK] key.
Print

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Print].

Press the [OK] key.

Use the numeric keys to change the number of sheets to be printed. To change the print
settings, press the [Function
Box/USB] key.
