Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [FAX].

Press the [OK] key.

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [TX/RX Restrict.].

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Reject No. List].

Press the [OK] key.
Add a Reject FAX No.

Press [Menu].

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Add FAX Number].

Press the [OK] key.

Use the numeric keys to enter a Reject FAX number.
NOTE
Up to 20 digits can be entered.

Press the [OK] key.
To register another Reject FAX No, repeat Steps 2-1 to 2-5.
Display the screen.

Press the [System Menu/Counter] key.
