Cause
Defective gas control valves
No power supply at solar controller
No cable or damaged cable
Short circuit Q/T–sensor
There is not enough supply voltage.
Incorrect reference voltage from the AD
converter.
•
EEPROM read error
•
50 Hz error
•
Internal communication error
•
Gas valve relay error
•
Safety relay error
•
Ignition relay error

software version
•
Processor software error
Too many resets in too short a period
Incorrect water heater selection /
Incorrect selection resistor
•
Incorrect reference voltage from the
AD converter.
•
EEPROM error
The temperature of the water at the top
of the tank is > 88 ºC.
Measure
See F07.
•
Check that there is power to the solar
heating system controller
•
2. The measured voltage must be 230
VAC (-15%, +10%)
•
Check the wiring (communication cable)
between the main controller and the solar
heating system controller
•
If cable missing, connect the cable
•
If cable damaged, replace the cable
Check whether the Q/T-sensor is connected
correctly to the controller.
•
Disconnect the Q/T-sensor.
•
In case of disappearing communication
error, the Q/T-sensor must be replaced.
1.
Check that there is power to the
controller
2.
The measured voltage must be 230 VAC
(-15%, +10%)
1.
Reset controller.
2.
Check that the frequency of the power
supply is compliant. If not, contact your
installation engineer
3.
If the frequency is correct but the error
persists, replace the controller.
Wait for the error to disappear (maximum 1
hour). If the error does not disappear,
replace the water heater controller.
1.
Check whether the correct water heater
is selected.
2.
If the correct water heater is selected, fit
the correct selection resistor.
3.
If incorrect water heater selected, select
the correct one.
•
Reset controller.
•
Check that the frequency of the power
supply is compliant (see section 12.1). If
this is not the case, contact your
installation engineer.
•
If the frequency is correct but the error
persists, replace the solar controller.
None. This is a temporary message that
may appear from time to time, but will
disappear automatically.
