- Before installing the appliance in its final working place, check that pipe bands are fixed
properly and that there is no water leak.
- Check that there are no constrictions throughout the pipes.
Gravity drain
- Connect the water drain pipe (Ø 35 mm) directly to the central pipe through a siphon, or
drain the water into a collecting well on the floor with grid and siphon.
- The water drain pipe should not be located higher than 60 mm (490 mm for LS 4 model)
from the appliance base.
- Check that there are no constrictions throughout the pipes.
- Do not drain into tanks, sinks, etc.
Drain with drain pump
- Connect the water drain pipe (Ø 18 mm) directly to the central pipe through a siphon, or
drain the water into a collecting well on the floor with grid and siphon.
- For the drain pump to work properly, water should come out from a point not lower than
300 mm or higher than 1000 mm from the base of the appliance.
- Check that there are no constrictions throughout the pipes.
- Do not drain into tanks, sinks, etc.
WARNING
Hydraulic connections must be in compliance with health and safety standards in force.
Drained materials are considered as pollutants, therefore their disposal must be car-
ried out in compliance with environmental protection standards.
The abovementioned prescriptions are absolutely necessary for the correct operation
of the appliance.

IRING CONNECTIONS
- The technical specifications of the appliance are described in the "Technical
Specifications" table at page 27.
- The appliance is designed to work at the voltage indicated on the metal plate placed on it.
- To change voltage, use the jumpers provided with the appliance and follow the wiring dia-
gram printed on the internal side of the dishwasher's back panel.
