DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE
The product described in this manual falls under the category of washing appliances and,
more specifically, under the subcategory of tableware washers, called DISHWASHERS, for
professional, heavy-duty, commercial and not domestic use.
LS-type dishwashers are designed to be reliable and, if properly maintained, long lasting.
The safety and reliability of the dishwashers are ensured by the technology and the mate-
rials used:
- The body is entirely made of 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304).
- The rotating elements (washing and rinsing arms) are made of Hostaform and can be easi-
ly extracted to allow a thorough cleaning, which has to be performed on a regular basis.
- Internal pipes are made of either quality rubber or polymeric resin and tested at a pressu-
re much higher than any working pressure.
- The tank is made of stainless steel 18/10 (AISI 304) and is easy to clean.
- The built-in rinsing water heating boiler is totally made of stainless steel 18/10 (AISI 304)
- The rinse aid reservoir (optional, see the "Accessories" table in chapter "Technical
Specifications" at page 27) has a level indicator.
- The control panel can be removed, so that the electric components can be easily reached
from the front of the appliance by skilled personnel.
- The dishwasher is provided with a tank overflow indicator and filters for intake and drain.
PROPER USE
The LS-type dishwashers described in this manual are designed for professional, heavy-
duty use and direct supply. Indeed, the dishwasher is used to thoroughly clean the table-
ware used to serve food and beverages to private and public communities.
The appliance will have to be always and in any case used by expert and/or dedicated per-
sonnel.
IMPROPER USE
The LS-type dishwashers described in this manual are NOT designed for a domestic use,
are NOT designed to wash containers of dangerous substances (ex.: acid, alkali, grease,
paint, dye, etc.), and are NOT suitable for any usage different from what indicated under
paragraph "Proper Use". Therefore, Lasa disclaims all responsibilities that may arise from
improper use.
