When the product receives a fax, a message is displayed notifying you of the new fax. Select Open Inbox
displayed below the message.
You can also open Inbox by selecting Fax >Advanced Options > Open Inbox.
Note:
The icon stays on when there is one or more unread or unprinted faxes in Inbox. Touch the icon to see the
number of unread or unprinted faxes and how much of the product's memory has been used.

Select the fax you want to view from the Inbox list.
The contents of the fax are displayed.
Note:
You can print or delete all of the faxes in the Inbox. Touch Menu at the bottom of the list screen, and then follow the
on-screen instructions.

Touch x, and then select one of the options. If you select Print and Delete, the received fax will be printed and
then deleted from the product's memory.
Note:
Select the following menu to check the print settings to print received faxes.

Receive a fax by polling

This allows you to receive a fax from the fax information service you have called.
Follow the instructions below to receive a fax by polling.

Load A4-size plain paper in the cassette.

Enter Fax mode from the Home menu.

Select Advanced Options.

Select Polling, and then select On.
E
Enter the fax number.
F
Press x to receive the fax.
G
Press x to print the fax if you have disabled Auto Answer and made settings to print received faxes.
