setup the system, the operator must ensure that the monitoring is within the legal framework.

The operator is responsible for the legally compliant use of the product in accordance with the GDPR

Whoever unauthorizedly records the non-publicly spoken word of another on a sound carrier and
uses such a recording or makes it accessible to a third party can be punished with imprisonment or
a fine!
Likewise can be punished, who listens in unauthorized to the non-publicly spoken word of another
not intended for his knowledge with an eavesdropping device or communicates the recorded or
listened non-publicly spoken word of another in the wording or its essential content publicly.
