modifying the program.

1. After the first two minutes of
cooking, the Back button is no
longer active. Press the + or -
button directly to modify the
time. The time flashes.
2. Press OK to confirm the new
value.
3. The time is modified and the

display stops flashing again, and
cooking continues.
Maintenance and Cleaning

Caution: All repairs must be done by an authorised
service centre.
1. Press the ON/OFF button to turn off the
appliance.
2. Unplug the device.
3. Let the Cake Factory cool for at least 2
hours.
4. The cooking accessories are dishwasher-
safe. Putting the silicone moulds in the
dishwasher is not recommended. The
appliance and its power cord must
never be put in the dishwasher, nor
under water. Wash the moulds in hot
water and some washing-up liquid, then
rinse thoroughly to remove all residue.
5. Dry them thoroughly. Do not use any
metal scouring pads, steel wool or
abrasive cleaning products to clean
the non-stick mould. Only use nylon or
non-metallic cleaning pads. To clean the
lid, use a sponge soaked in hot water
and dry using a soft, dry cloth. Never
immerse the appliance in water or in
another liquid.
6. Always ensure that the appliance is
clean and dry prior to storage.
7. Do not touch the hot parts of the
appliance when in use. Please keep
hands and face away from steam
releasing from the back of the
appliance.
8. Do not carry or hang the appliance by
it base or power cord. Be careful when
moving the appliance.
9. Regularly clean the outside of the
appliance.
After use, there may be a change in
colour. This phenomenon is normal
and linked to the temperatures required
to cook food. Any yellowing is not a
health hazard and does not change the
appliance's operating qualities.
