    2. Attach the tool holder to the tool. 3. Attach the tool holder to the arm. 4. Attach a balancer to the torque arm by using Atlas Copco balancer adapter kit and hook it up with the tool. 5. Adjust the balancer to carry the weight of the torque arm, the tool holder and the tool.
