I. Preparation and starting
1) The area where the air compressor will be installed should be clean, dry and well ventilated.
2) Use current with the correct voltage, deviation ±5%.
3) Keep the oil level at the red indicator.
4) Recommended oil for the compressor is SAE30 or L-DAB100 when the indoor temperature is above 10o C and SAE10 or L-DAB68 when the temperature
is below 10
C.

5) Open the outlet valve, set the pressure switch to On position. Allow the air compressor to run for 10 minutes without load to confirm lubrication of the
moving parts.
6) Check the tension of V-belt. It is correct when you can push it with your finger 10-15mm down in the center of the belt.
7) Select the correct power supply according to the parameters shown on the motor nameplate.
II. Operation and adjustment
The compressor is controlled by the pressure switch when operating normally. It can stop automatically when the pressure increases to the maximum and
start as soon as the pressure drops to the minimum. The pressure value is adjusted at the factory. Do not change it. Once you turn off the motor, the com-
pressed air in the discharge pipe should be released through the release valve under the switch. This is a necessary point for starting otherwise the motor
may be damaged. The pressure value can be adjusted by turning the adjusting bolt
on the switch (figure 1 or figure 2).

III. Cautions
1) Do not unscrew any part of the connection when the container is under pressure.
2) Do not disassemble any electrical part before unplugging.
3) Do not adjust the safety valve carelessly.
4) Do not use the compressor where the voltage is too low or too high.
5) Do not use the metal part or electric cable smaller than 4mm
and more than 5m long.

6) Do not disconnect the power plug to stop the compressor. Set the switch to the Off position.
7) If release valve does not work as the motor stops find the cause immediately to prevent damage to the motor.
8) Lubricating oil should be clean. The level should be at the red circle point.
9) Disconnect the plug from the outlet when you finish using.
10) The protector has set the protection valve and parameters according to the working conditions, do not change them.
IV. Maintenance
1) Clean the crankcase and change the lubricating oil after the first 20 hours of operation.
2) Check the oil level every 20 hours of operation and replenish if necessary.
3) Open the drain cock under the tank every 60 hours of operation.
4) Clean the crankcase, renew the oil, clean the air filter and check the safety valve and pressure gauge after 120 hours of operation.
