3. Turn the Selector Key clockwise to the Isolation operating
position (Figure 18). The Blocking Plate moves, allowing
access to the hex bolt head.
4. When the Isolation access port is accessible, insert the
Manual Operation T-Handle into the port, sliding the Tool
slotted key through the open position slot (Figure 19).
