  • Page 10 Assembly Model # AXCLEV13-SMB Step 1 1. Attach two Cam Lock Pins 2 into pre-drilled holes on each Side AL , AR . 2. Use Phillips screwdriver to secure Cam Lock Pins. Do not over-tighten. 1. Insert four Wood Dowels 7 into guide holes on Back F . 2.

Use ten Allen Key Screws 1 to attach Bottom Shelf C through guide holes from Bottom Shelf B to pre-drilled holes of Sides AL , AR and Dividers DL , DR.

Do not over-tighten. Step 7 1. Attach Adjustable Hinges 10 to Doors E using Phillips Screws 11 into pre-drilled holes on Doors F .

    Assembly Model # AXCLEV13-SMB Step 9 IMPORTANT NOTE: Tighten the Screw marked II to fasten hinge. The door may need to be adjusted so that all the spaces between the door and the unit sides are equal. To adjust, follow instructions: 1.
