Multi Station Print
You can set the multi station print function that is used on the collaborating MFPs.
By selecting [Use Common Settings], registration information of the collaborating MFPs set in a common setting can
be shared.
 You need the Multi Station Print Enabler option to use the [Multi Station Print] function. Contact your service
technician for details.
 Register MFPs on the [Common Settings] screen in advance to select the [Select from Common Settings] setting.

The [Multi Station Print] settings are linked to the settings on the [Administration] Tab > [Setup] > [Print Service] >
[Multi Station Print] screen. For details, see the TopAccess Guide.

Specify the retention period of the printed document.
Specify the number of jobs to be displayed.
Specify the display order.
Specify the print order.
When you select [Indication Order] from [Print Order], documents are printed
according to the [Sort Order] setting at the item 6.
Specify whether to enable or disable reprinting.
