Product Overview The VEVOR 180° TUBE BENDER is used to Bend 1/4" , 3/8" and 1/2" tubing. For bending soft copper, aluminum, brass, thin wall steel, thin wall stainless steel and other tubing. Makes smooth, tight-radius 180° bends. Calibrated markings-for making accurate left-hand, right-hand and offset bends.
WORK ARE 1.Operate in a safe work environment. Keep your work area clean, well-lit and free of distractions. 2. Keep anyone not wearing the appropriate safety equipment away from the work area. 3. Store unused tools properly in a safe and dry location to prevent rust or damage.
SPECIFIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS 1. Use the correct tool for the job. This tool was designed for a specific function. Do not modify or alter this tool or use it for an unintended purpose. 2. Keep bender bearings and form handle grooves lubricated.Keep oil away from wheel grooves.

Making Accurate 90° Center line Bends 90°BENDS FOR 1/4" TUBING Determine the desired Center line dimension (Dimension “L” in Fig.4). Measure from end of the tube at “L” distance and place a mark on the tube (Mark “L”). Position tube in bender as shown in Fig.5.
