    CLEANING THE SLICER The slicer MUST be accurately cleaned at least once a day; more frequently if necessary. Clean the slicer before use after a long or short inactivity period. WARNING: Cutting hazard! Use protective cut- and tear-resistant gloves and perform all operations with extreme care.
