Problems with cleaning procedure
Description
There is too much water on
the bottom of the cavity after
cleaning.
Cleaning performance is not
satisfactory.
Power cut always stops cleaning. Repeat cleaning if it's interrupted by power failure.
Problems with Wi-Fi signal
Possible cause
Trouble with wireless network signal.
New router installed or router configuration
changed.
The wireless network signal is weak.
The wireless signal is disrupted by another mi‐
crowave oven placed near the appliance.

Possible cause
You put too much detergent in
the appliance before you star‐
ted cleaning.
You started cleaning when the
appliance was too hot.
You did not remove all the ac‐
cessories from the appliance
before cleaning.
Check if your mobile device is connected to the
wireless network.
Check your wireless network and router.
Restart the router.
To configure appliance and mobile device
again, refer to "Before first use" chapter, Wire‐
less connection.
Move router as close to the appliance as possi‐
ble.
Turn off the microwave oven.
Avoid using another microwave oven and the
Remote Control of the appliance at the same
time. Microwaves disrupt Wi-Fi signal.
Remedy
Next time evenly spread the
thin layer of a detergent on
the cavity walls.
Wait until the appliance is
cold. Repeat cleaning.
Remove all the accessories
from the appliance. Repeat
cleaning.
