Autofry Installation - MTI AUTOFRY -40C Operator's Manual

You will need assistance to position and install the AutoFry. The approximate weight is 300 pounds.
1.
Remove and save the packing materials.
Be sure to inspect the AutoFry. It has left the factory in perfect condition and has been packaged
to withstand rugged travel. In the event the machine is damaged during shipment notify the
carrier immediately and have the driver note it on the bill of lading.
2.
Take out the removable components from inside the AutoFry.

2 Food Exit Chutes
•
2 Teflon Coated Baskets
•
2 Heater Box Assemblies*
•
2 Oil Pots
•
1 Splash Guard
*Check the red high limit reset button on the bottom of each heater box assembly by fully
depressing it with the eraser end of a pencil. If the switch has been tripped you will hear a click.
