Throughput Test

DA16200 has command iperf to measure the packet transfer performance. This is known as the
throughput test. To do the throughput test, prepare the DA16200 to operate in Station mode (see
Section 5.1) without using DPM (see Section 6.4). This section shows the throughput test with the
use of a TCP client/server protocol.
9.1

Test Setup

The Iperf tool should be ready on your laptop. Iperf Version 2.0.9 is recommended.
To set up the Iperf tool, do the following:
1. Download Iperf from https://iperf.fr/iperf-download.php.
2. Create a folder called Iperf in path C:\
3. Unzip the downloaded file and move the contents to the Iperf folder.
4. Prepare the DA16200 to operate in Station mode. See Sections
5. Use command iperf or iperf -h to see the available options in Iperf. See
