The following symbols can be found on Rehadapt products, accessories, instructions for use or on the
packaging:
 Indication of potential damage or malfunctions of the product in the event of non-compliance.
Warning of significant risk of injury for the user or damage for the product in the event of non-

compliance with the warning sign.
Indication of significant risk of injury for the user in the event of non-compliance with the warning sign.

The CE marking indicates that the product complies with the applicable European safety, and
environmental protection regulations.
The FCC mark indicates the product's conformity with the requirements provided by the U.S. Federal
Communications Commission (FCC).
UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA) mark. Marks the product's conformity with the requirements for
products sold in the UK.
Universal recycling label. This product can be recycled.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) mark. Do not discard the device as unsorted waste.
The protective insulation conforms with protection class II
Applied part type BF according to IEC 60601-1
The degree of protection IP22 indicates that the device is protected against foreign objects with a
