During use, the Rehadapter™ may only be touched in the designated areas. Keep 1cm [0.40"] between

the casing and the user in the area surrounding the kickstand.
It is required to keep 30cm [12"] between the Rehadapter™ and any mobile transmitter for standard-

conforming use.
Using the Rehadapter™ in combination with or near high-frequency surgical instruments is prohibited.


Report all incidents to the following email address: customercare@rehadapt.com. "Incident" refers to
a malfunction or a decrease of the attributes or the performance of the Rehadapt product, including
application errors caused by ergonomic features, as well as inadequacy of the information provided
by Rehadapt or the distributor, and any unwanted side effects.
All serious incidents involving the product or occurring in connection with the product must be
reported to Rehadapt.
