that the operation of the Rehadapter™ will be uninterrupted under all circumstances, or that the
Rehadapter™ will always be free of errors and defects.
Compensation due to loss of use caused by defective Rehadapt products cannot be claimed. Rehadapt
Engineering GmbH & Co. KG does not assume any liability for personal injuries as well as for damages
to other objects indirectly caused by defects of Rehadapt products.
Excluded from the warranty are wearing parts such as cables, bolts, and all threads, as well as
consequences of improper use. Furthermore, these warranty provisions do not apply to consumer
goods such as rechargeable batteries, unless damage was caused by defects in material or
workmanship. Rehadapt Engineering GmbH & Co. KG guarantees the essential performance of the
battery according to the specification for one year from the date of purchase.
