The expected normal service life, depending on the intensity of use and number of reuses, is 3 years.
For this purpose, the product must be used within its intended purpose and use, the specifications of
the operating instructions must be followed, and all maintenance and service intervals must be
adhered to. The product can be used beyond this period if it is in a safe condition. This usual,
theoretical service life is not a guaranteed service life and is subject to a case-by-case examination by
qualified personnel of the source of supply, as is the reusability. Use beyond the specified service life
may result in an increase in residual risks and should only be undertaken after careful qualified
consideration by the source of supply. The service life may also be shortened depending on the
frequency of use, the operating environment and care. The usual service life does not refer to wearing
parts such as cables or parts that are subject to material-specific aging and/or wear. Likewise,
variations in battery performance may occur depending on use. This specified service life does not
represent an additional warranty or guarantee.

Rehadapt Engineering GmbH & Co. KG warrants that for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase,
the Rehadapter will substantially conform with its specifications, be free from defects in material and
workmanship, and will perform in accordance to its basic intended purpose.
However, depending on use, variations in battery performance may occur. In warranty cases, the date
of purchase must be proven with the proof of purchase. We therefore recommend that you keep the
proof of purchase.
Should you find a defect covered by the warranty provisions, Rehadapt Engineering GmbH & Co. KG
will, within the 3-year warranty and at its own discretion, replace the complete product or defective
parts with new or like-new components free of charge, or make repairs to the original product.
Should the Rehadapter™ be returned under warranty as well as for repair to Rehadapt Engineering
GmbH & Co. KG, please contact your source of supply or the Rehadapt Service Center for a Return to
Manufacturer Authorization number (RMA number for short). Visit our website www.rehadapt.com
for more information.
It is requested to use the original packaging for shipping. Accordingly, we recommend that you keep
the original Rehadapter™ packaging. Shipping costs will be covered by Rehadapt Engineering GmbH &
Co. KG; however, on-site assembly services are excluded.
A warranty claim exists only if the device is used according to the instructions for use. Therefore, read
these instructions for use carefully before use. Setup and adjustment of the Rehadapter™ must be
performed by authorized distributors, otherwise all warranty claims will be voided. Be aware that the
Rehadapter™ does not work for everyone and not under all environmental conditions. Rehadapt
