Your Velotric ebike is equipped with an error detection system integrated into the control panel
and controller. In the case of an electronic control system fault, the LED ring on the control panel
will flash red 5 times. In the unlikely event that there is an electronic control system failure, it
is recommended that you cease operation and contact Velotric at help@velotricbike.com for
technical support.
