For the error code 390

Temporarily remove any paper loaded in the multi-purpose tray (MP tray).

Pull the front cover open lever (blue) to open the front cover.

Hold the edge of the jammed paper and pull it out gently.

When the top edge is not visible, slowly pull out the paper from its rear edge.

Close the front cover firmly with your both hands.

If you are using the MP tray, load the paper with the printing side up.

For the error code 391, 392, 393 or 394

This section takes the error code 391 (indicating that the paper is jammed in Tray 1) for example. For the error
code 392, 393 or 394, remove the jammed paper by following the same procedure.
