If the text string in the file (.obc) does not meet the standard of the QR Code or barcode to be printed, X is printed on
the QR Code or barcode.
If there is no text string in the file (.obc), a blank page is printed.
Printing PS errors
You can print the error content when a PostScript error occurs.
This function is not applicable to the PCL printer driver or macOS.

Open the file to be printed.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Click [Preferences].

Click [Advanced] in the [Layout] tab.

Click [Send PostScript Error Handler] under [PostScript Options], and select [Yes] from the
drop-down list.

Click [OK] until the [Printing preferences] is closed.

Click [Print] in the [Print] screen.
Editing margins
You can extend the margins to the top, bottom, left, and right to 30.0 mm/1.18 inches, change the printable
area, and print on the paper to be printed.
This function is available to the Windows PCL printer driver only.

Open the file to be printed.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Click [Preferences].

Select the [Job Options] tab.

Click [Advanced].

Select [Edit Margins] in [Item], set it to [On] in [Settings], and click [Options].

Input margin values for [Top], [Bottom], [Left] and [Right], and click [OK].

Click [OK].

Specify other settings as necessary, and click [OK].

Click [Print] in the [Print] screen.
Correcting the print position of the tray
You can correct the print start position vertically and horizontally on paper for each tray. Set the correction
volume in increments of 0.25 mm on the operator panel.
