PUL: digital signal, pulse signal for the driver.
DIR: digital signal, direction signal for the driver.
SON: output servo drive enable signal.
ALM: Receive the alarm signal of the servo drive.
A+, A-, B+, B-, Z+, Z-: three phases of the encoder, input signal.
