General the seal element manufacturer. If you have any questions please contact the manufacturer. KSB valves are robust in design. Nevertheless, malfunctions e.g. caused by maloperation, lack of maintenance or improper use cannot be ruled out completely. All repair and maintenance work shall be performed by qualified personnel using suitable tools and original spare parts.
