3. STRUCTURE AND APPLICATIONS Top handle jig saw is a Class II, double-insulated hand power tool. It is driven by a single-phase commutator motor. Power tools of this type are widely used for cutting wood and wood-like mate- rials, plastic and metal. Jig saw offers the possibility of orbital blade movement with speed adjust- ment (4-position). -

Fig. 4 Disconnect power tool from power supply. Raise the guard and use Allen key to slacken the screws on jig saw foot. Move the foot plate backwards and set it at the desired angle according to the scale. Move the foot forward and secure it with screws. The scale helps to incline the foot to the desired angle, i.e. -
