9. TROUBLESHOOTING

Check the following items before requesting repairs to this product.
• For the meaning of the indication lamp of the air conditioner and how to respond, refer to
the operation manual of the air
• If the problem persists even after performing these checks or diagnostics, consult
authorized service personnel.

Situation Solutions
Refer to "4.1. Installation work".
Check that the version of the OS on your
smartphone is supported.
Refer to "Items to Check" of "4.1. Installa-
tion work".
Set the domain permissions so that it is not
rejected as spam.
Confirm that the access point supports
"IEEE802.11b/g/n".
Confirm that your access point supports
"WPS function" (Button mode).
(Check with the operation manual of the
access point.)
Confirm that the indoor unit is connected to
the power supply.
Check if there was any previous owner us-
ing this wireless LAN control. If there was a
previous owner, please contact authorized
service personnel.
Confirm that the WLAN indicator lamp on
the indoor unit is on. If it is blinking or off,
reconnect the WLAN adapter and the ac-
cess point.
To register additional air conditioners, re-
peat the procedure in "4. WLAN ADAPTER
SETTINGS (detailed procedure)" for each
air conditioner.
