4. Troubleshooting
Paper jam in duplex unit area
1) Open the rear cover.
2) Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight
out.
If you do not see the paper in this area, stop and go to
next step:
3) Pull out the tray 1.
4) Push the duplex jam removal button.

5) Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight
out.
6) Close the duplex plate.
7) Insert the tray 1.
