Boot Menu

Boot Menu is used to change system settings.
Only the administrator should use this menu.
To enter the [Boot Menu] menu, an administrator password is necessary.

When this machine turns on and [PLEASE WAIT] is displayed on the display
screen, press the «ENTER» button.
When [Boot Menu] is displayed, release your finger and press the «ENTER» button
again.

Enter the administrator password using the numeric (0-9) keys, and then press
the «ENTER» button.
The default administrator password is "123456".

Press the scroll button

Press the «ENTER» button.

Press the «ON LINE» button to exit the menu mode.
The printer reboots and the setting is updated.

Enable this setting when the optional wireless LAN module is installed into a

module cannot be used unless this setting is turned to [Enable].
This setting is set to [Enable] for a wireless LAN module-mounted model (dnw
series) and [Disable] for wireless LAN module-unmounted model (dn series) by
the factory default.

When set to [On], the lists of Administrator Setup menu and User Setting menu
are hidden and cannot be selected. Only print setting is displayed.

After AC power
Always
Sets whether to resume the printable machine automatically when the power
supply fails

Always On:
The machine reboots forcibly when the power supply restores without pressing
the power switch.
<Usage Notes>
Plug the power code into the outlet, the device reboots.
Always Off:
The machine does not reboot automatically when the power supply restores.
Turn on the machine to press the power switch.
Last State:
The machine memorizes the state at the time when the power supply stopped
and restores the state when the power supply restores. If the power supply stops
due to the power stoppage, etc. while the machine is turned on, this function
automatically restores the printable state when the power supply restores. If the
machine is off when the power supply stops, the machine does not reboot even
though the power supply restores.
