Montagem dos componentes

Verifique, antes da montagem, se
todos os componentes estão limpos e em

perfeito estado. Adote todas as precauções
necessárias para evitar danificar qualquer
peça com a qual deve trabalhar.
Monte os n.4 anéis de borracha na base do
porta-matrícula (3), usando água com sabão.
Preste atenção para não rasgar os anéis de
borracha (3).
Posicione o braço porta-matrícula (5),
fazendo corresponder as perfurações, na
base do porta-matrícula (3) e introduza os
n.4 parafusos (2).
Aperte os n.4 parafusos (2) a um binário de

10 Nm ± 10%.
Insira os n.4 casquilhos (8) nos n.4
parafusos (2).
Posicione o suporte inferior (9), fazendo
corresponder as perfurações, no braço
porta-matrícula (5) e introduza os n.4
parafusos (2) com os casquilhos (8).
Aperte os n.4 parafusos (2) a um binário de
10 Nm ± 10%.

Monte o passa-cabo (4) na base porta-
matrícula (3), como o indicado na figura.
Limpe e desengordure a superfície onde os
fixadores de cabo (6) devem ser aplicados,
com álcool ou outro detergente não

gorduroso.
Remova a película da parte inferior dos
fixadores de cabo (6).
Posicione os n.2 fixadores de cabo (6) no
braço porta-matrícula (5), como o indicado
9
na figura e pressione com força para fazer o
adesivo aderir.
Monte as n.2 braçadeiras (7) no suporte
inferior (9), como o indicado na figura.

Kit installation
Caution
Check that all components are clean
and in perfect condition before installation.
Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid
damages to any part of the motorcycle you
are working on.
Fit 4 grommets on the number plate holder
base (3) using soapy water.
Pay attention not to damage grommets (3).
Place number plate holder arm (5) by
matching the holes on the number plate
holder base (3) and start 4 screws (2).
Tighten no. 4 screws (2) to a torque of 10
Nm ± 10%.
Fit 4 bushings (8) on 4 screws (2).
Place the lower bracket (9) by matching the
holes on the number plate holder arm (5)
and start 4 screws (2) with bushings (8).
Tighten no. 4 screws (2) to a torque of 10
Nm ± 10%.
Fit cable ring (4) on number plate holder (3)
as shown in the figure.
Use alcohol or other oil-free detergents to
clean and degrease the surface where to fit
cable retainers (6).
Remove the film from the lower side of
cable retainers (6).
Position 2 cable retainers (6) on number
plate holder arm (5) as shown in the figure
and press to make the adhesive adhere.
Fit 2 ties (7) on lower bracket (9) as shown
in the figure.
