    What’s in the Box The following components are included in your Teleworker Cisco 1101 shipping box: LTE Antenna (Optional) Cisco 1101 SD-WAN Router LTE Antenna (Qty 2) Site Documentation Router power cable Package RJ45 Ethernet cable Note: Please take a picture of all labels on the shipping box as they have important equipment information.

  • Page 4 Step 2 – Connect the Teleworker equipment to your broadband residential Internet gateway. Connect the provided ethernet cable used in Step 1 to an available ethernet LAN port on your broadband residential gateway. Note: The broadband residential gateway pictured above may vary with your broadband service. Residential gateway devices often have up to 4 ethernet ports.

    What’s next Service Activation Once you have completed the self-installation of your Teleworker equipment, please contact AT&T at 866-204-0852 PIN 10002 to activate your service. Hours of operation are 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday. Please note that if you cannot schedule a time within 10 days of receiving your equipment, your service will start billing on day After the service activation call has completed, proceed to the next step of setting up Wi-Fi on your device.

  • Page 8 Setting up Teleworker Wi-Fi • Open a web browser on your device and type: http://mobilityexpress.cisco This will start the configuration wizard and the admin account page will appear. • Create an admin account to login to the Wi-Fi device by creating a username and password then click on the Start button.

  • Page 10 Create Wireless Network In the Create Your Wireless Network, under Employee Network, configure the following: • Network Name – Enter a Wi-Fi Name (SSID) you wish to use. This name will show up on your device(s) as your Teleworker Wi-Fi network to connect to.

Once rebooting has completed, the Wi-Fi Name you just created will appear on your devices list of available Wi-Fi networks. Select the new Wi-Fi Name on your device and enter the Wi-Fi password you created on the prior screen.
