Service Activation
Once you have completed the self-installation of your Teleworker
equipment, please contact AT&T at 866-204-0852 PIN 10002 to activate
your service. Hours of operation are 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time
Monday-Friday. Please note that if you cannot schedule a time within 10
days of receiving your equipment, your service will start billing on day
11.
After the service activation call has completed, proceed to the next step
of setting up Wi-Fi on your device.
Note: Should equipment issues arise where your equipment is not functioning, AT&T may need to replace
your equipment. AT&T will advise during the Service Activation if this needs to take place and replacement
equipment will be ordered.
